Yes, the units in the Shangri-La Place are kind of on the expensive side but then again, it is one of the few residential complexes in the Ortigas business district. By now, you probably realized that the high price tags are more than justified, as the benefits that come with the units more than make up for the additional amount of money you had to shell out to buy the unit.

The location alone of the condominium is more than enough for you to seriously consider investing in the property; there are only a couple of high rise condominiums in the immediate area, and none of them provide the same kind of exclusivity that Shangri-La Place offers. If you look at the units and you compare them with those in other condominiums, you will find that the ones in Shangri-La are wider and more spacious; even the studio-type units have more than ample floor space for a person’s needs. The larger units, on the other hand, are large enough for an entire family of six to live comfortably.

If you add the amenities and other features of the condominium into the mix, then you will have more than enough reasons to shell out a bit more money than you normally would. As mentioned earlier, only a very limited number of slots are up for preselling at the time of writing this article, so you need to make up your mind before eager buyers snatch up all of the available units.
